  • I wouldn't give up my private session with Miriam for anything. The results were almost immediate, I felt stronger in general but especially in my core. I do contemporary dance so Pilates has really improved my technique and general fitness level. Miriam is also great at identifying microscopic details in movement and posture which is essential for me as I have general lower back pain, she really knows her stuff and pushes you enough while being 100% aware of your general ability and fitness level.
